Know Before You Go
Expect to begin with a brief tow while holding a padded rope. As you gain balance, you’ll drop the rope and ride independently in the wake’s smooth pocket . A Coast Guard‑approved life jacket is mandatory throughout the ride.
Communication & Hand Signals:
Your coach (on board) and the boat driver stay in constant sight—look for them before you surf. Use agreed hand signals like thumbs‑up for ready, pause if you fall, or wave for help.
Small class, big coaching: Sea Riders keeps groups small and personalized. They’ll coach you through every part—stance, weight shifts, heel & toe turns, rope release—so even complete beginners feel confident.
Arrival & Check-in: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in and safety briefing. Kindly present your booking confirmation at the club reception upon arrival. Late arrivals will be deducted from your booking time.
Important Rules:
- All participants must sign a waiver before the activity
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the resort
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the boat
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- No refund or rescheduling applies in the following cases:
- Cancellation or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the booking time
- Customers who are unable to show up during their date/time of booking is not viable for a refund or reschedule
What To Bring
- Swimsuit or quick-dry base layer, plus extra clothes for after the session.
- Sunscreen (SPF), sunglasses, and a hat to protect against the Dubai sun.
- Non-slip water shoes for safe boarding and disembarking.
- Towel and change of clothes .
- Optional gear: Waterproof pouch or dry bag for phone/items.
