Important for first-time riders: If you have never ridden an eFoil before, an instructor is mandatory. The instructor will guide you through the basics and safety procedures before you can progress to riding independently. Instructor-free rentals are available for experienced eFoil riders only.

Age and weight limits: The eFoil is typically recommended for riders aged 16 and up weighing less than 120 kg.
- Swimsuit or quick-dry base layer, plus extra clothes for after the session.
- Sunscreen (SPF), sunglasses, and a hat to protect against the Dubai sun.
- Non-slip water shoes for safe boarding and disembarking.
- Towel and change of clothes .
