You may request to reschedule or cancel your booking for a full refund:
- 48 hours before the date and time of the booking during weekdays
- 48 hours before the date and time of the booking during weekends
Refund Policy for Online Payments
“ Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. “
No refund policy applies to the following instances:
- Cancellation and rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the booking date/time.
- Customers who are unable to show up during their date/time of booking are not viable for a refund.
